I'll watch this thread with interest. Afaik, iOs should work the same on all iPads, anything else would border on being a bug. iPad Pro could well be the exception mind. So it should come down to how physically Big do you want to have to handle. I have only used iPad Mini for some years now, fits in hand(s) well enough. More than that I'd want to use on a desk. But the pc and real keyboard live there, which is partly why I never went up to bigger size. For the amount I do, a bigger phone would do, not as main phone, just as wifi connected browser/mailer.
