Yes, I can confirm this. And I reported it to Bank of America and they are 
supposedly looking into resolving it. I would recommend you do the same.

top and flick through every line to find a button or read information on the 
screen.  The screens where I noticed it today is on the screen when I went to 
make a payment and was entering the information, the subsequent screen when I 
got confirmation of my payment and was looking for the done button to go back 
to the home screen, and on the deal details screen of my Bank AmeriDeals.  On 
the Deals tab, I can explore the deals by touch, but as soon as I go to read 
the details of a given deal, I have to find a place at the very top or very 
bottom where I hear a click, then I can flick left or right to read the 
information.

This feels like an accessibility annoyance to me for sure, although at least I 
can read the information.  Anyone else seen this?  I’ll send in some feedback 
to Bank of America.
