I couldn't have said it more clearly, the phone number is 405-599-1234, which was the oklahoma city time and temperature phone number of which last night we found no longer is in existance since it's disconnected, so it wasn't just aan example phone number, because I didn't wish to write my own phone number. I wrote how the icon is called presently, being phone 4055991234 it would be easy to think I was giving a phone number for example, but in this case, it was a true phone number. For that matter even if my own phone number was in there in stead of the time number, it wouldn't have mattered, all I needed was the instructions to take care of it which I've received. I think Richard as the solution and we're in the process of fixing it, thanks to Richard. writing back soon

If so, I think I know wha may have happened. If you do a two finger double tap and hold, you can rename any icon. I've had clients accidentally get into that mode and change an icon's name. If that is what has occurred, you can reverse it by doing a two-finger double tap and hold on the phone app. An edit box will open, which I suspect says, phone 405 etc. Just tap on the delete button until all that is left is the word phone. Then, find the save button or done, I cannot remember this early which it is, and do a single finger double tap, and it should now only say phone. If that isn't it, call Apple accessibility and have them do a screen share so they can see your screen and figure out what is going on. 877-204-3930.
