We actually have two accessible TVs, and I really like the one we just recently purchased. It is the Toshiba 42 inch fire edition, so it has Alexa built in and it’s beautifully accessible. We have a Samsung that we’ve had for a couple of years now, it has the voice guidance, but the voice is not to my taste particularly and it’s just not as good an experience as the screen reader with the Fire TV.
