I have an Amazon Prime Subscription here in Nova Scotia Canada. I cannot get the Audio Description to work. I have contacted Amazon Support. They cannot tell me whether or not it is available in Canada. I have followed the steps correctly but do not see an option for turning on the Audio Description.
I have tried it on my iPhone 7, my Apple TV 4th generation and within the Prime Video App on my Sony Smart TV — all with no success. I have tried it with Boch which does have Audio Dscription.
