Hello,
I would like to hear from anyone who has Dish for their television
service in regards to being able to access audio description on those
programs that offer it.
We have been using Dish for almost a year now and for the most part we
are satisfied with it with one major exception. For some reason any
programs that are on TBS or TNT that have description we do not get the
description. There are 3 shows that my wife and I are most interested in
on these channel. On TBS The Big Bang Theory andSeinfeld(which I have
just learned is described), and on TNT Law and Order.
I keep trying to get the described versions on these shows but as of now
I have never been able to get the described versions of these shows.
What is strange is that on any other channel where there is a show with
audio description it works just fine.
I have talked several times to Dish about this but as of yet they have
not fixed this for us.
So my question to the group is: is there anyone on the list that has
Dish that is able to get audio description to work on either TBS or TNT?
