Hello list, So as the subject line says, my iPhone SE has recently been giving me weird issues with either the power off screen popping up and or the phone not wanting to go to sleep when I press the power button.
I started noticing it maybe four or five weeks ago, but it’s been way more frequent these past couple of weeks and happens a lot now. I’ve already a couple of times accidentally turned the phone off by inadvertently pressing the power off button, but it’s more of an annoyance and frustration than anything else. Especially when I can’t get the phone to go to sleep. It’ll also randomally wake up. Anyone dealt with this issue? I’ve already reset all settings per Apple’s instructions for an unrelated issue and while that particular problem so far hasn’t shown up since doing that, the power off thing is still going strong. The phone’s going on two years and I intend to finally upgrade this year once the new models come out, but in the meantime, I’m dealing with this.
