To set which group posts appear in your notifications do the following:
Facebook menu tab, bottom right
All shortcuts
Groups
Choose which group
Group info
Notifications
Then it gives you choices suchh as all posts, friends posts, etc

Sorry for my pore english... I hope I understand well but you just have to go
to the page you wish to be notify and search for subscribe button and select
it and you will have more options.
Hope is the good word in english but if not it's the button just after like.
