Not sure it will hold a battery case, but it’s really nice. Instead of a clip on belt clip, it has a flap which you tuck under your waistband and close with a strong magnet on either side of the flap so you don’t have a clip pressing against you. There is a pocket behind the phone pocket for money or tissues or whatever small item you might want to carry. There is also a little zipper that allows you to run an earphone cord from the pouch. The case is very flat against your body. It doesn’t jiggle at all when you’re walking or bending or whatever. There are several sizes. I use the mini on the back of my dog’s harness to hold keys and a roll of pickup bags. My husband and I have the regular size which is the one that holds our IPhone 7 and 8.
