I use it all the time. I would say it is usable with need for work arounds for some features. One thing I have noticed on both Chewy and Amazon is that you cannot go backward very easily in a list of items. I have to go back to the top and swipe through to find my place I want to be. Try playing with it, and if I can help you further write me off list. I have been successfully using this app for about 2 years. They have phenominal customer service too.
