Hi Anna, I’m trying those instructions with my iPhone 8 but when I press the power button after first quickly pressing the volume up followed by quickly pressing the volume down I get a Power off iPhone question. On my iPone 7, when I held down the applicable buttons, I'd get the Apple logo on the screen indicating the cold restart. I guess I haven't mastered the right touch to do this so does anyone have any suggestions? I tend to do a cold restart every few days so I want to master this.
