No, it's just called "plugable" it is Bluetooth and can be used on windows pc, IOS or android.

None of the Logitech wireless keyboards ever have two Windows Key, they do have a key on the right which one assume should be an application key but which doesn’t function as such at least not out of the box and my K780 bluetooth keyboard only has an Alt and a Control key on the right.
