I did a factory restore last night and the lock screen playback problem went away. Custom labels also work again, I am not sure if they work as good as before, but I labeled an app with a name I didn't like and it worked right away and I labeled 3 buttons in the Sonos app which before I could absolutely not label. 2 of them worked on the first try and the third worked on the second try. Doing a factory restore is a pain in the neck, but it's sometimes worth the time. However, as soon as I tap Play and then lock the phone so far every time the controls did not come up any more.
