Following on from Marks email regarding the Amazon app I got a response from
their customer service.
Message is below:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks for writing to us and bringing to our notice about the bug with the
VoiceOver feature while viewing Your Lists and while accessing items in a
private
list in the Amazon App.
I've reported this to our Amazon App team so that necessary steps are taken to
rectify this bug. I would like to assure you that we forward all customer
feedback to our technical teams for further review. They're always looking for
ways to improve our offerings and may be able to fix this very soon in the
future version of the app. Customer feedback like yours helps us continue to
improve our products and provide better service to our customers.
Our team is regularly working on customer experience to meet your needs in the
best and fastest way possible and also we will make every effort to evaluate
the information you have provided, and try our level best to lead it to feature
changes or enhancements.
