Scott, to date, I have not engaged the "Do Not Disturb Feature."

I see the same thing, but I wonder (and would have to do some additional
testing), but perhaps there is some relationship to the do not disturb
feature? As I looked at the log of calls it appeared some unsuccessful
numbers may have been during the time I was trying the DN feature out.
I am going to do some tests and see what happens. If my tests do not provide
the anticipated results, then I will also file a bug report with Apple.
