And attention getting is exactly what it is supposed to be. They did this here in Canada a couple of month ago, but in two stages. I think Ontario Quebec and the maritime provinces were first and then a couple of days later it was in the prairie and western provinces and the northern territories. I already forgot exactly what it sounded like, but it was some sort of loud beeping.
