Hi Gera and all, First, make sure to update your apps and check the description of what's new. If Spotify has Siri shortcuts, they'll probably say so in that description.
Next, open Siri settings, and choose All Shortcuts. Each app that has shortcuts is listed and is preceded by a heading. find the app you want to use, Spotify in this case. Any possible shortcuts are listed below the heading. Double-tap the one you're interested in. You'll find a Start Recording button. Double-tap it, and say the phrase you want to use to activate the shortcut. Recording will stop soon after you stop speaking. Now the shortcut screen shows the phrase you spoke along with a Re-record Phrase button you can use if it got it wrong. >From now on, to activate your shortcut, activate Siri and speak the phrase.
