For some reason I cannot create a new folder on the home screen with either my mini IPad or my SE phone when in edit mode.
At one point, the option popped up and disappeared as fast as it appeared. I have IOS 11.4 on both the phone and mini IPad. How can I create a new folder on the home screen? Thanks.
