I’ve just solved my HomePod calling problem. Whenever I placed a call, I could get through to people and I heard them but they couldn’t hear me. I had an inspiration: I went into my iPhone settings, mobile data, mobile data options and I turned off Wi-fi calling. After that my calls made by asking the HomePod to call someone work fine and they can hear me! Problem solved for me, though it may leave a puzzle for Apple engineers about why Wi-fi calling being toggled on gets in the way... I’ve reported the issue. Cheers Harry
