That is true for me also and I agree that I would rather be where I started
before running the shortcut.

What I don't like about the shortcuts, unless, I am doing something incorrect,
is that when the shortcut is complete it puts you in the shortcut app. So, if I
use the say cheese shortcut from the home screen, when the pitcher is taken I
am left in the shortcut app.
