I assume you don't have access to Jaws? With Jaws 2018 and later it's as easy as pressing a shortcut key combination when you are on any image file in Windows Explorer.
You might want to try the following, I did a Google search for "Online OCR of jpg files": Free Online OCR service allows you to convert PDF document to MS Word file , scanned images to editable text formats and extract text from JPEG /TIFF/BMP ... Here is the link: Free Online OCR - convert PDF to Word or Image to text<https://www.onlineocr.net/> Once you are on the page, look for the “Choose Files” button, it says above: 1 STEP - Upload file 2 STEP - Select language and output format 3 STEP – Convert Sounds like most online converters and it will probably work well enough.
