As for the Apple Watch, I avoid the image of the blind nerd drowning
in technology. I sort of already have it with a Victor Stream attached
at my belt and ear phone wires coming out of my ears. On an airplane
or long bus ride, the Blue Tooth over the ear headphones come out and
there is a big letter B on each ear cup. I listen to music on my
iPhone with these headphones.

My vintage Braille watch offers some of the mid-20th century blind
look before Apple Watches, portable book readers, portable recorders,
and talking smart phones. My nerdy side is confirmed when I go to an
event and pull out a broadcast quality microphone with a 20 foot cord.
