It's okay, Mario, we all need someone to be understanding when we're going
through something so frustrating and you really
were going through a frustrating time, with things going not as well as
expected when you updated, and it certainly leads you to feel for a while
that mixture of disappointment and upsetness. That goes to show you how
much the members of this group are so hear for one another. Even through
your upsetness a number of people, with their knowledge were making
suggestions and being understanding to you, and there were others like me
that aren't that technical that were being understanding. It's times like
that, that all of us go through one time or another, and through all the
disappointment and frustration, one can't focuse on how to make things
better, all you want is for things to be the same as they were, or to just
get better already. Anyway, I'm so happy for you, that things are
straightening out for you, and continue to let us know how your phone
situation is going.

Hi.
Dear Arline, Thank you very much for the sweet understanding.
I'm going to do a total reset without backup, and then I come to tell
you all if my issues were resolved with this reset...
I didn't want to do it, but I'm forced to do...
I want to thank you all who have had friendly understanding to my post
of frustration and anger towards Apple.
thank you!
cheers.

Mario, you certainly deserve a lot of understanding, it's so awful when
updates and things aren't the same on the phone, or even the computer for
that matter. Richard, I don't know if any of this is possible for Mario,
but is there anyway that he could go back to the version he had? I know
it's 10. something, and then going up one version at a time to see if that
helps? If that is even possibile, since like other software previous
versions are available. Is it possible to keep these updates in the cloud
or on one's computer, so if you needed to completely redo your phone, that
you would be able to use the version you prefer? I know much of what I'm
saying may not be possible, and also the consideration that everyone would
want the most current version. Though considering whether you're updating
software on the computer or even phone, or app for the phone, and the
negative experience of in the case of the software no longer being
completely accessible, it would be nice if you could go back to that older
version. And of course better yet having a backup with the version that
worked well, which would make it easier to go back to that version. So
with the cloud, backing your phone up would you be able to go back to that
last version that worked so well? and if it's possible, only if Mario was
able to do that.

Mario,
I am really sorry to hear you are having such a bad experience with iOS
12.
I don't think you should be criticized for venting your frustrations as
some do.
I also have an SE, and it is working great and no different amount of
battery drain.
I think the suggestions to try a reset of the network settings is worth a
try.
Also, make sure that nothing is running in the background that might be
adding battery drain.
I also updated a work iPhone 8 plus and an iPad Pro with no problems.
All these devices were already on 11.4.1, so I do not know if that is the
difference. It could be that going from 10.3.3 to 12 brought out some
issues that would have been noticed in iOS 11.4.1. I'm certainly not
qualified to say.
I just know how absolutely frustrating it is when a device you have come
to rely on suddenly becomes problematic.
I hope it gets resolved.

Hi all.
iOS 12, I am completely sorry to have updated.
I had IOS 10.3.3 on my iPhone SE and it was almost perfect...
But of course after we waited many months to see some bugs fixed
Everything worked very well.
Now with iOS 12 I didn't win anything special..
Contrary:
The battery sucks too much, there is a huge bug with the voice dictation.
Voice over does not announce the feedback of dictation.
I have also come across other issues in various aspects.
on my iPhone SE, with IOS 10.3.3 the battery was perfect.
Now with IOS 12, it's been shit.
And worst of all, I can't no more back to 10.3.3...
IOS 11 is also a piece of shit...
Apple is a piece of shit
Apple I hope that one day you will die forever..
All you want is money, and only give us shit.
This is what happens when you keep Believing on Apple jerks like Tim
Cook...
Sorry guys, but I am extremely furious...
Time to go back to Google Android forever...
bye rotten Apple.
