I had a look at Apple’s Give-Back program and for my 38mm stainless steel
series 2 Apple would apparently give me $160 Canadian, my wife’s 38mm aluminum
showed $145, a small difference considering how much more a stainless steel
watch costs when you buy it new over the Sport/aluminum model.
If we end up buying series 4 watches we will probably first try to sell them
locally through our buy and sell forums, I would probably ask $300 Canadian for
my series 2 stainless and maybe $275 for my wife’s Sport, if nobody bites we
can always go with Apple’s offer.

Good one! But, no thanks. I’m trying to think of a way to re-purpose my Series
2. Any ideas?

Keith

Best way is to send me your Apple Watch 3 with Voiceover turned off and I’ll
send you my Apple Watch 2 with Voiceover turned on *smile*

Hi Keith,

If you set up the accessibility shortcut, you can get VoiceOver back by
pressing the digital crown 3 times quickly. If not, you can ask Siri to turn it
on or open the Watch app on your phone, choose General, then Accessibility,
then VoiceOver, and turn it on there.

Best,
Anna

Hi,

I was drying my hands with a towel, and inadvertently touched the Apple Watch
series 3. I heard an announcement, VoiceOver turned off.

How did that happen? How can I get it back?

Thanks, Keith
