YouTube is no longer a share option in Photos. For me this was important
because, since I set it up within YouTube to recognize videos I have done that
are longer than 15 minutes, and if I did such a project within iMovie, from
iMovie I would send to the Photos app, and then from there upload to YouTube,
since I-movie doesn’t recognize that I am allowed to go beyond 15 minutes.

Anyway, I didn’t know previously you could do this, but, now that you can’t
share to YouTube from within Photos, what you have to do is go into the YouTube
app, and double tap on video, which gives you then the options to record, go
live, then followed up by what videos it says that you have. You have to give
it permission to access what you have in your photos app. I had thought, or
hoped, that doing this, YouTube would be a share option in the photos app
again, but it isn’t. Just letting those of you who are interested know that all
is not lost, you just have to approach in a different way.
