As I said, Deb, I noticed later that on the canadian Amazon site this item currently is available for preorder. I did have an existing support case from earlier this year regarding the Instant Pot Smart and replied to the last email I received from their support team asking about this item. If I get a reply from Instant Pot I will post it on the list.
