Question for a friend. Her Facebook apparently has been hacked. They have all her memories, pics, etc. She changed her password, but Facebook says it makes no difference. Is there any way to contact Facebook by phone? She doesn't want to lose her whole account that goes back many years or she would make a new account. If there is no number to contact facebook, is there a way to transfer old account into the new account? It is like account was cloned, and now strange people are tr'ying to friend her. Please any ideas are welcome quickly. She is very upset. Exactly why I don't use FB much! Thanks. Absolutely no techie on this!
