Hi,

You can try going to the "Menue" tab then select "Profile and Settings". Scroll down to "Erica Virtual Asistant Settings" and try toggling Erica off.

Yes they sure screwed it up.

I contacted them Friday about this supposedly they're going to get back to me sometime early this week.

If you going to help and contacts somewhere in that menu you will find the place we hit click on thing to call them thank you
