Hi Cheryl,
Good idea, after you get used to using commands for a while it's easy to
forget where they come from.

Well, just a suggestion! What you could do is post your find but say: Works
on a jailbroken phone; haven't tested on non-jailbroken: or something like
that. That way you can post your discovery but let somebody else test it on
a phone that hasn't been jailbroken.

        Hi,
Ok then that doesn't work either, it's hard to test things on a
jailbroken
phone but I'll try and find a way to test out these things or just
leave it
        to someone else.
        Sorry for the misinfo.

        Hi John,

I am not sure where you get this information. If I say "Restart" to
SIRI it
comes back and says "OK, Sieghard, what can I help you with now?"
and it
does so without repeating what I said.
If I say "Restart my phone" it repeats what I said and then says "I
don't
know what you mean by that".

Apple may have given SIRI the ability to open apps which is very
nice, but
as far as I can tell SIRI can't do anything else in terms of
changing phone
settings such as turning on/off Airplane Mode, Bluetooth or WiFi or
asking
what the battery level is. You can say "Open Settings", but I can't
say "go
to Settings, General, Accessibility". Now if SIRI could do those
sorts of
things I'd call that real progress since I at least don't care very
much
whether SIRI knows who won the last football game and who scored the
goals.
Yes, I know many do think this is probably awesome, but you can't
even say
"Redial" to SIRI and have it redial the last dialed phone number or
"Call
Back" and have it call back the last person who called which I think
are
other very basic capabilities it should have.

        Regards,
        Sieghard

        Hi,
I gave out some bad info last night
I mistakenly said that Siri would reboot your phone if you said
"Reboot".
The correct phrase is apparently "restart", the other method is for
        Jailbroken phones only.
