My local Walmart has them for $140 so if you want to use it as an actual phone rather than an iPod you have to have AT&T is the carrier. But again I guess if you just wanna operate one like an iPod using only Wi-Fi my local store here in Western mass has them. So I don't know whether those components are guaranteed Apple components or how that works. They offer a 15 day return policy after that I have no clue Who would Service a phone that you had bought at Walmart.
