First, the iPhone SE is just called iPhone SE, no number in the name. If you are using iOS 11.4.1 or 12.x when you flick up or down on an app, you should hear "edit mode." Double tap. Then, flick down until you hear "drag item." Double tap. Then, find the place you want to move the app. If you want it next to another app on another page, then go to that page and touch the app you want to move it next to, or, if you want to create a folder with another app, find that app and touch it. Then, flick down and listen to your options, you should hear things like, add to drag session, drop before, drop after, or create folder with .... When you hear the option you want, double tap. Hit the home button to stop editing, or pick that option from the flicking up and down options.

So the easiest thing for you to do is to go to settings and general and profiles. Delete the IOS beta software profile and wait for IOS 12.1 to come out which should bee pretty soon.
