If it even is possible, this would drain the battery even faster, as the connection between the phone and the Sonos speaker is wireless, which means a radio in the phone is now transmitting, thus drawing even more power.

Tell your friend to go to the iOS Control Center (three-finger swipe up) and check the list of available playback modes. If the Sonos speaker is Airplay -capable, all they have to do is select that device, and then everything on the phone except VoiceOver will come through the Sonos Speaker.

 Hello everyone,

As my subject says, I am asking this question for a friend of mine.
They have a Sonos speaker. I don’t know exactly which one. But I figured that won’t make a difference.

Anyway, they have the Bard app on their iPhone. We were wondering, is it possible to somehow stream barred through the Sonos speaker? My friend would preferred to do this if possible, because bar tends to be such a battery hog.
 Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you!
Terri
