I am using iPhone 8 with the latest software. The phone is paired with my Beats X bluetooth earbuds. Recently, when I go to voice mail, the earbuds get disconnected. I took this problem to Apple, and they said the Beats X were defective, and since they are under warranty, they gave me a new pair. The problem persists. Any one else experiencing this or anything similar? I also have noticed other times when the Beats get suddenly disconnected. Not 100% sure of this, but this might have begun recently when I updated my phone? Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
