Is it not working at all, i.e. does it not even let you set it up? If so you may have to take the phone to an Apple Store and get them to check out the Touch Id home button.

My finger print is no longer working. I’ve re-set it several times, turned the phone off and on and done the more complete re-set with the volume down and home button. Nothing seems to work. I’ve also wiped the screen and home button with a damp paper towel and also with a glasses polishing cloth. Any other suggestions?
