SinceĀ you're using Outlook, can you not simply place a comma and space
after the first name, then type the next one, and so on? Or maybe
Outlook wants the user to type one name per line? Either of these
methods should work.

Hello folks,
Could someone explain to me please when I come to compose an email, how I
could search for the persons' address and add it to the added field?
With thanks in advance for your help
