Nope. Just the standard cable and wall plug. The 8/8 Plus came with the lightening adaptor, but not this year's. And while I think it's cheap and nikcle and dimeish on Apple's part to not include this or even some sort of USBC charger considering the price of the phone, but don't base your ultimate choice on whether or not one of these are included.
