Hello fazil, Sometimes these sorts of seek bars are accessible, and sometimes they aren't. You can try touching it and flicking up and down to see whether it works. If it doesn't work immediately, see if the rotor is set to Adjust Value. If an Adjust Value option isn't available on the rotor after you touch the seek slider, it probably won't work.
The other way it might work is to double-tap and hold, and then slide your finger straight up or straight down, or to the left or right. I hope one of these methods works.
