Hi, The Series 4 watch has fall detection and in the U.S., it either has now or soon will have the ability to do an EKG (showing your heartbeat and rhythm). It has a larger screen and is faster. I haven't used one, so I don't know if the speed difference between a Series 3 and a Series 4 is very noticeable.
