Apple Mini if you get a higher memory model, optional SSD or HDD. The access to fire up VO is standard, and there is a dongle thing to kid it there is a monitor when there isn't, so you can run it headless as they say. No monitor.
any mouse/kb will work, though alt/application/windows keys do not line up the same as alt/option/cmd keys for Macs. But they work anyway.
