I finally bought my Otter Box Defender case for my 8 Plus today. I was shown how to work with it in the store but don't remember everything apparently. I should note I had a lot of stress because I had an incident where I was using my bank's ATM as the branch was closed, and had to go to another branch across town to get cash and get my check card replaced with a temporary because I couldn't get it back from the machine. I went to my A. T. & T. store and bought the case and had a couple technical issues checked, namely the visual voice mail issue I mentioned a few days ago, which turned out to be fine; apparently it hadn't fully updated along with the iOS update, but it's fine now. The problem I am having is finding and manipulating the latch consistently and intentionally that allows for both removal from the holster and placement back into it. I was fine working with it in the store, but when I got home I had trouble. I remembered how to manipulate the belt clip, but couldn't find the latch for the phone that is inside the case. Then when I took it all off my belt, mysteriously it popped open. I got it put together but I'm not sure I did it right. I don't want to on the one hand break it trying to find that latch, or have it pop open unintentionally because it isn't secure.
