How do you turn off the filtering that Apple put in place? There are lots. Just Press Record is good, Audio memos Pro is very good and you can turn off the filtering that Apple puts in place to get a better recording. Some people swear Ferrite Recording Studio. I find that one a bit confusing with VoiceOver.
