Hello, The processor on the fourth gen watch is a dual core 64bit and the one on the third gen is a dual core 32bit. This makes the fourth gen much faster with voiceover. Also the fourth gen has fall detection and the built in ECG. The fourth gen also has a bigger screen which allows more complications on the faces.
