Hello Shaun, yes rotate your fingers until you hear headings, then you flick one finger up to go up the headings to the top of the page, and flick one finger down to go down the page towards the bottom of the page. Any of the options in the roter are performed with either a flick up or down, I personally find the roter awesome and very useful. I probably use the roter more then any other feature on the iDevices.
