I have a question for a friend about Watch 4 running latest upgrade. What setting on her watch is on or off that would cause her to not be able to answer her phone on the watch? She says when she answers she cannot hear the person. I have my watch and have answered many times. If my phone is close it interferes, but if it is not I have no problem. We both have cellular besides wifi. Thank you for any help with this.
