Well, I had originally set my default voice to Australian by going to Settings, General International and Regional format. However, I discovered that when searching for locations in Siri, the information given was listed in kilometers. Since I prefer distances in miles, that's enough for me to switch back to United States English. I'll use the Rotor when I need to change my voice to Australian, not a big deal. As has been pointed out here, learning to use the Rotor is an extremely valuable tool.
