Hi List,
I'm wondering if anyone else using package tracking apps is having the same issue I'm experiencing. I use both ParcelTrack and ShipRack but the past few shipments I've tried tracking with either app return an unknown carrier after I paste in the tracking number. When this happens, I'm unable to track the package with the app. I've gotten this on shipments handled by FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. I really like tracking my packages especially during this time of year when packages have a better chance of being misappropriated from one's porch. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue or does anyone know what's causing it? I'm very careful inputting the tracking info into the apps and always copy and paste the tracking numbers.
