That does sound like a legit Telus email with the offer mentioned, since they do provide a toll free number you could always call it or reply to the message with the word "Unsubscribe" without the quotation marks of course and you won't get these in the future. I am with Koodo and also get such messages from time to time except that the Koodo offers are usually better and their plans are cheaper. Koodo is owned by Telus and uses the Telus network.
