I don't know about the wifi model, but you can have more than one device 
connected to the instant pot bluetooth. You just can't access it from two 
different devices at one time.
The smart cooker app is set up on my iPhone XR as well as my wife's iPad. In 
fact, forgot to disconnect the instant pot from my old SE and when I connected 
to the pressure cooker on my new phone, I got a message from within the app 
that I had too many pairings (three devices). To press and hold the pressure 
button to reset all pairings. I dismissed the message and so far at least, no 
issues. I'll get around to doing that. Just haven't yet.
