You can have as many apps as you want as long as they aren't apps which the 
developer hasn't updated to support 64 bit.

You can set it up as a new device. Then you can use iTunes to add music. Be 
aware that you will not be able to add any apps because the iOSis too old. I 
made this mistake. I’m already looking to find a 5s so I can get my Mr Dj app

Can I use an old 4S as a player? If so, how can I transfer mp3 files from the 
windows pc to the iPhone? This phone doesn't have service now because I'm using 
a 6S, but I would like to use the 4S as a player.
