When you start to enter an email address or contact name into the to: field, you then see possibilities, one or mor, show up to the right of the to: field. Of course the more you type the more the possibilities narrow down. But when you see the one you want in the choices to the right of the To: field, you double tap with one finger on the one you want. Now you still may not see the address you are sending to in the To: field. Instead, you may see to the left of the to: field, the person's name and "button" if it is in your contacts. But this is the person the email will be sent to. You can also just tap "add contact" and it will take you to Contacts to pick one. -- Cheryl
